How much is postage?
We charge a flat rate of $15.95 per order within Australia. Upsy organise shipment through both Aramax and Australia Post. NZ Orders are shipped through Australia Post. Once an order is placed, packed and sent, we will email you your tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my Upsy?
We endeavour to pack your Upsy within 2 business days, with delivery taking approx 2-7 business days depending on location. (See below note!)

Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately we are only currently shipping internationally to New Zealand.
New Zealand rate: $37.95 FLAT RATE

I need one fast! Can you express post?
If you do need your Upsy by a set date, contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward you an Australia Post Express quote.
I entered the wrong address, how do I change it?
Let us know asap - email@example.com and we can change the address for you. Unfortunately we cannot do this after we have dispatched your package.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately our couriers can not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide residential addresses only.
What if my Upsy doesn't arrive?
You can track your package via the confirmation email. If you are still concerned that your parcel has not arrived, let us know and we will investigate further.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.
We know you will love your Upsy Store order, but for any reason you are unhappy or change your mind about the purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
The Upsy must be in it's original re-saleable condition with tags on and in it's original packaging with promotional materials included. All shipping costs in this instance will be the responsibility of the customer.

We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.
WHAT ABOUT FAULTY GOODS?
At The Upsy Store we have gone to great lengths to ensure a quality product. If in the unfortunate occurrence of a fault, please contact us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org). In the email please note your reason for return and include your order number and any pictures or details of the fault. We will assess the claim and instruct further via email regarding the return. In this instance, shipping costs will be covered by The Upsy Store.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable
The Upsy Store does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service correctly ‘delivered’ the package.
