How much is postage?

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order within Australia. Upsy organise shipping through Shippit, who use Couriers Please, FastWay and Australia Post. Once an order is placed, packed and sent off, we will email you your tracking number.

*$9.95 FLAT RATE shipping applies only to orders within Australia 

How long will it take to receive my Upsy?

We endeavour to pack your Upsy within 2 business days, with delivery taking approx 2-4 business days.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we'd love to!

Shipping will be calculated at checkout, but as a guide:

New Zealand - $30 FLAT RATE

Rest of the World - $49 + $30 for each additional UPSY

I need one fast! Can you express post?

We do not currently offer express post, as our Couriers are usually as 'express' as it gets. If you need your Upsy by a set date, contact us hello@theupsystore.com.au and we will look into how to get it to you by the date required. 

I entered the wrong address, how do I change it?

Let us know asap - hello@theupsystore.com.au and we can change the address for you. Unfortunately we cannot do this after we have dispatched your package.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. Residential addresses only.

What if my Upsy doesn't arrive?

You can track your package via the confirmation email. If you are still concerned your parcel has not arrived, let us know and we will investigate further.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.

We know you will love your Upsy, but for any reason you are unhappy or change your mind about the purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days from date of purchase. For change of mind returns we will gladly exchange or issue a credit note. The Upsy must be in it's original re-saleable condition with tags on and in it's original packaging with promotional materials included. All shipping costs in this instance will be the responsibility of the customer.

Packages received after the 14 days will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit. 

Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation we will be happy to process the exchange or credit and will confirm this with an email.

WHAT ABOUT FAULTY GOODS?

At The Upsy Store we have gone to great lengths to ensure a quality product. If in the unfortunate occurrence of a fault, please contact us immediately (hello@theupsystore.com.au). In the email please note your reason for return and include your order number and any pictures or details of the fault. We will assess the claim and instruct further via email regarding the return. In this instance, shipping costs will be covered by The Upsy Store.

Please note that sale items are non-refundable

The Upsy Store does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service correctly ‘delivered’ the package.
