How much is postage?

Within Australia we charge a flat rate of $18.95 for Upsys, Toppers and Cushions.

Check Teds are $8.95 within Australia & Greeting Cards are $2.00.

Upsy organise shipment through both Aramax and Australia Post. International orders are shipped through Australia Post. Once an order is placed, packed and sent, we will email you your tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my Upsy?

We endeavour to pack your Upsy within 2 business days, with delivery taking approx 2-7 business days depending on location. (See below note!)

NB: From time to time and for a number of reasons, a delay in shipping may occur. Please check the link: https://www.aramex.com.au/our-services/service-updates/ for any flagged areas with delay issues

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately at this stage we cannot offer International Postage for areas outside Australia and New Zealand. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Within NZ we charge a flat rate of $38.95 for Upsys, Toppers and Cushions. 

I need one fast! Can you express post?

If you do need your Upsy by a set date, contact us: hello@theupsystore.com.au and we will forward you an Australia Post Express quote. 

I entered the wrong address, how do I change it?

Let us know asap - hello@theupsystore.com.au and we can change the address for you. Unfortunately we cannot do this after we have dispatched your package.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately our couriers can not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide residential addresses only.

What if my Upsy doesn't arrive?

You can track your package via the confirmation email. If you are still concerned that your parcel has not arrived, let us know and we will investigate further.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.

We know you will love your Upsy Store order, but for any reason you are unhappy or change your mind about the purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days from date of purchase.

The Upsy must be in it's original re-saleable condition with tags on and in it's original packaging with promotional materials included. All shipping costs in this instance of change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.

We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit. 

WHAT ABOUT FAULTY GOODS?

At The Upsy Store we have gone to great lengths to ensure a quality product. If in the unfortunate occurrence of a genuine fault, please contact us immediately at: hello@theupsystore.com.au. In the email please note your reason for return and include your order number and any pictures or details of the fault. We will assess the claim and instruct further via email regarding the return. In this instance, shipping costs will be covered by The Upsy Store.

Please note that sale items are non-refundable.

The Upsy Store does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service correctly ‘delivered’ the package.

Are the colours shown exact?

We do our absolute best to colour match the fabric colours to the product images online. It is not always 100% exact but very close! We order our fabrics and manufacture Upsys in small batches. With the different orders, quite often, there are very slight tone differences.

Please be aware that images on our social media may be older batches and hence have slight variations in tone.
